ROASA, Inc., is a not-for-profit organization that was established in 2008 in Clinton, Maryland.
Our signature American History programs called ROASA Youth Empowerment Series (RYES), ROASA's Ancestry Sighting, ROASA's Roadmap to Self, and our Leading Within PM Coaching Program are designed to build ones confidence to achieve all their dreams and endeavors.
